1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the NoBrokerLand.com mobile application (“App”), operated by
SellerLink Technologies Private Limited (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you (“User”) agree to be bound by these
Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must immediately uninstall and stop using the App.
2. License to Use
We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and revocable license to access and use the App solely
for the purposes of searching, listing, buying, selling, or renting properties in accordance with these Terms.
3. User Content and Listings
- You are solely responsible for all information, descriptions, images, and other content you post or upload to the App (“Listings”).
- Your Listings must be accurate, truthful, lawful, and must not infringe third-party rights.
- We reserve the right to refuse, edit, or remove any Listing at our sole discretion, especially if it is misleading, fraudulent, or violates applicable laws or these Terms.
4. Prohibited Conduct
- Use the App for any illegal, fraudulent, misleading, or infringing activity.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Engage in spamming, harassment, abusive language, or defamatory conduct.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the App’s functionality.
- Interfere with or hinder other users’ experience on the App.
5. Safety & Transaction Disclaimer
- All transactions are conducted directly between users. We do not act as a broker, agent, or guarantor.
- We do not verify or guarantee the authenticity, legality, quality, or accuracy of any Listings or the trustworthiness of users.
- Users are strongly advised to:
- Verify property ownership and documentation (e.g., title deed, sale agreement, possession letter).
- Visit the property in person before making any commitment.
- Avoid making advance payments without proper verification.
- Any payment made to another user is entirely at your own risk. We are not liable for fraud, scams, or misrepresentation.
6. Payments and Fees
- If you purchase premium services (e.g., featured Listings, promotions), applicable fees, payment terms, validity periods, and refund policies will be displayed at purchase.
- All payments must be made via approved payment methods.
7. Termination of Access
We may suspend, block, or terminate your account or access to the App at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you
violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activities, misuse the App, or for any other reason deemed appropriate.
8. Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property rights in the App—including trademarks, logos, designs, software, and content—are owned by us or our licensors.
- You are granted no rights to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
- The App is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties, express or implied.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of content, or suitability for your intended use.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or from disputes with other users.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NoBrokerLand.com, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any
claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any significant changes will be notified via the App or email.
Continued use of the App after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in
